After going to over 10 Michelin restaurants myself, this video confirms what I've been thinking for a long time. Fine dining (mostly Michelin stars) are just for people that wanna feel special, the food tastes good, but it's really nothing special.
If they would have never been told you aren't a chef, they would have left thinking how amazing the food was and how amazing of a masterchef you are. It's all a facade.
"You go for the experience, not the food. An experience only possible with a masterchef with 30 years of experience honing their craft" and Ludwig and the other guy got almost all 5/5 ratings from the customers. Again, it's just a facade.
