Can OBS, or any streaming app, split up the video files by an amount of time or size?
Like old school RAR files that you could use to split up large files. That way you could script (or have built into the app) uploading the smaller chunks of, 30-60-90+ minute, videos to a cloud “backup” service. Although it will increase the CPU & network overhead. I have a bunch of better ways, but they require more hardware.

yeah yt only keeps up to the last 11 hours and 55 minutes or so of a live stream. so it's best to shut down and make a new stream every 11 hours
