I am sure you find it in the next videos. But even though I haven't played the game myself I think you are overlooking massive hints quite frequently. Like you fight the Rhino and the Deer next to shrines with Rhino and deer in the name.. and you know another shrine with Mantis in the name. Maybe the game is telling you to find a boss there with an armor piece.
To me it seems like you are too unstructured in your approach. Get of the cloud and walk the area and find the shrine, I guess there are 5 with animal names and get the armor pieces. You can probably get that staff after doing so.

Actually listen to the npc and Bajie in the game and youll know dude, youve been playing games for years fooling people to think you actually like playing but if you did you would play games how they were meant to. I didnt enjoy this vid because as soon as you got the cloud, exploring went out the door n you just want to find all the bosses to say you played and defeated/completed the story.

It's crazy how confused this guy is on what to do. Has fought a few major bosses that give him WUKONG!!! armor, the literal namesake of the game. That would suggest that maybe you gotta fight some more bosses to get the full armor. Meanwhile he runs away from the giant grasshopper that anybody with a brain would realize might just maybe give you another piece of armor. Also the only reason he can even compete with these bosses is because he did hours of farming to be over leveled, takes away from the magic of this game.
