For the people who don't know, the reason scorpion turns into a penguin is because he was added in umk3 & sheva turned into a scorpion in mk3 and everyone had a different creature overall, no creature was used more than once.
The mk4 fatality where scorpion turns into a scorpion was a bit of a wink at the people who complained about him not turning into one, like they were saying, "Yeah, we know. We goofed. Here's an apology."

I remember as a kid playing mk trilogy on N64 I’d input cheats for unlimited continues then would play the hardest tower because if you win that you could see the Supreme Demonstration as a reward. That would show you every fatality, animality, brutality and friendship. Did that so many times, great times
