another rule for me the second rule is the "ADDITION OR COMPARISON DEFINITION RULE" (AOCDR RULE) it goes as following; "it is a number when it can be reached using a mathematical equation or expression for example the number 2 is considered a number because you can reach it by doing "1+1" or "0+2" the same with subtraction and multiplication and you know dividing that means 2 is valid because "4 divided by 2 is 2" or "1*2=2" but that makes infinite invalid because there is no way to do any equation that results in infinity"
and my last and third rule is the " BIGGER OR SMALLER EXISTENCE RULE" (BOSER RULE)
it goes as following: "if the given "number" has a smaller or bigger counterpart then its an number if not then its not a number for example 2 is a valid number because there is 3 and 1 and yes 0 is also a number because there is 1 and -1 infinite therefor can not be a number due to the fact that there's talking basic and complex math no bigger or smaller counterparts if we ignore the set theory and if we include it then we need to use the all the rules because.. if the given number passes all the tests its considered a traditional number that can be used in units and measurements for example "NUMBER meters" or "NUMBER liters" if a number does not pass every criteria then its in the traditional sense considered not a number"
i call this whole system the RETO NUMBER PROVING SYSTEM or for short RNP system
there are 8 possibilities
1 represents true like passed
and 0 represents false or failed
1,1,1 a number because it passes every test
1,1,0: A theoretical number (fits AOCDR and BOSER rules but not BNDCR knows as THEORETICAL NUMERAL RETO or shortened TNR).
1,0,1: A theoretical number (fits BNDCR and BOSER rules but not AOCDR).
1,0,0: A theoretical concept (fits BNDCR but not AOCDR and BOSER) known as THEORETICAL CONCEPT RETO or shortened TCR.
0,1,1: Not a number (fails BNDCR rule but fits AOCDR and BOSER known as FRN).
0,1,0: Not a number (fails BNDCR and BOSER rules but fits AOCDR known as FRN).
0,0,1: Not a number (fails AOCDR and BOSER rules but fits BNDCR known as FRN).
0,0,0: Not a number/both a theoretical number and concept (fails all rules known as FAILED BOTH RETO or shorted FBR ).
numbers that pass all tests are considered "RETO PROVEN NUMERALLY" (RPN) numbers
numbers that don't pass all no matter how many others they passed they are considered
FAILED RETO NUMERALLY (FRN) NUMBERS IF THEY DONT PASS ANYTHING AT ALL REFER TO FRB NUMBERS
an number that does not pass any rule is considered an FRB number
if you want to represent a type of Reto number you can use a simple ascending order list
1 is number RPN
2 is not number FRN
3 is a theoretical concept TCR
4 is a theoretical number TNR
5 both a theoretical number and concept FRB
for example, 1=1 or โ=3
that means every number
from negative theoretical to positive theoretical can be ordered to an item in the list

anything beyond negative infinity
