We can rearrange to get (final position - initial position) = (633.45681 meters).

This tower is just over 1 meter taller than Shanghai Tower, making it the THIRD TALLEST BUILDING ON EARTH. We can plug our numbers into the equation (final velocity) = (initial velocity) + (acceleration * time) and get a final velocity of ~111.4 m/s or about 1/3 THE SPEED OF SOUND. It's 249.2 MPH, or 16 MPH FASTER THAN F1 RACECARS. His character stops within 1 frame or 1/60th of a second, giving an average acceleration during impact of 6,684 m/s^2 or 682.04 G's. The maximum G-force survived by a human is the 214 G's experienced by a race car driver in a 220 mph crash. This is over 3 times that AND it's upwards, which is less survivable. More or less, his character should be a fine red mist. No wonder he clipped into the rock.
