entering a sauna can be like walking into a wall of heat. depending on when someone last poured water onto the stones, the humidity is pretty low. so it's a dry-ish heat. to me, the sauna is super overwhelming. it's an optional side quest in life. but if you want to unlock the achivement, go for it :) and drink some water after.
