Actually, they mis-wrote that. Heavy attacks cant be normal dodged; you need to do the long dodge (dodge, then immediately jump). That will get you out of the impact blast. If you simply didge, or parry too early or too late, you will incur damage from the shockwave blast and / or blades,

I think insomniac should do a bunch of marvel games one venom game integrating the maximum carnage and king in black stories into the spider man universe then do spider man 3 ripped across the multiverse having morlun get Peter Parker and literally hitting him so hard that Peter and 2099 switch places leaving miles to create communication between the universes and safe travel between them pulling everything together and after that I think they should try a doctor strange game and a ghost rider game as mobility could be interesting with the ghost riders flaming bike and doctor strange creating portals
