I love the game play of the series as well as the concept as a whole but goddamn does the story suck, it's just as shit as kingdom hearts. Whelp. Looks like I won’t be completing Mirage. Final mission and final battle according to Google. But it’s bugged. The symbol doesn’t show up to initiate the cutscene that brings you into the battle with Roshan.
Tried everything, restarting the mission, restarting my XBOX, going back to an earlier save and playing through it. Nothing seems to work. It’s just bugged. I spent all this time playing the game and levelling up only to not be able to compete the final part of it.
Oh well. I’m not necessarily bothered anyway because I was disappointed with this game. Even though it’s back to basics with the Assassin’s stealth model, I couldn’t get into the story or any of the characters. The gameplay is good when there’s no glitches or bugs but that’s not enough to keep my attention.
Shame. Back to Odyssey on the PS5 it is for me.

I’m a odessy fan through and through I like the chunky overwhelming amount of stuff to do but I think it’s cause it’s in the era and part of the world it’s in cause Valhalla was my third favorite after odessy and origins I loved those two cause the time it was based in and how it played on the tales of that era for both like Medusa and Cyclops or the giant alligator and the dead land they did a great job on those two games
