Takahashi the blind swordsman model after Daniel Southworth who was the Red Quantum Ranger in Power Rangers Time Force, from the Mortal Kombat web series OMG!!!. They took most of the concept from the youtube web series and expanded on from what it looks like. Also Shang Tsung even though not voiced by Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa it sounded a lot like him where when he speak his voice sounds younger. It felt as if I was listening to a younger Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa.
