The dialogue is cringe, the characters are weak and unlikable, the story is incredibly slow-paced and boring. I am SO GLAD I stopped buying Blizzard games many years ago. Also, he is made out to be a villain, but he is totally right. This expansion's lore irks me in the way that so much of the stories created these days - no consequences' for one's actions. The girl imprisoned a demon in a soulstone, and survived. But consequences (mephisto corrupting akarat's body) are defered (to the next DLC), and they might not even occur. Bad writting. Not even cool cinematics (as we are used to in a diablo expansion). Very meh overall>>
