For the Miles tree I think he only has 2 (?) skills, and for the Peter tree he's got some of the non-symbiote skills but only 1 (?) symbiote skill since Peter got the symbiote, and when he's gotten more skill points he's still getting skills on the shared tree instead of getting more symbiote skills.
