I never liked the lie she told Pete in the first game, I thought it was crossing a line into the kind of hurtful emotional manipulation rather her usual deal of playing a little loose with the law and being a decent enough friend (and flirty enough) that spidey kind of let her of the hook. However, the recklessness she shows using the wand in this sequence whether she’s trying to save someone or not (could be a lie given her previous MO), is just villainous. The thing is, I’d be fine if that’s what insomniac are trying to communicate, but by the end of that sequence Miles and her were okay. She’s just kind of let off the hook after endangering tons of people for reasons Miles has little to no reason to believe. Poor writing. Not a fan.>> <<@Matteo06_ says : Black Cat is Lesbian?!
