Small bethesda tip, but in their games usually when a companion is asking to talk to you, its because they have a companion quest theyre ready to give you. Not talking to them about it will just make them keep prompting you to talk to them, and thats why barrets doing that so much. Hope it helps, because basically all your crew has been asking to talk to you, so you must be ready for a bunch of their quests.
