While I’m not an og, nor was around when you could place them, I’ve played save the world and wow. Just imagine how traps would enhance creativity and stuff. Much better than being one shot sniped by someone 1000ft away and who you can’t even see. Would also be cool to see traps part of the map. Heck, traps would fit for the wasteland setting since you can‘t really trust any old guy you see at your front door. You have to assume they’re going to kill and rob you. Plus you gotta also defend your base from apocalypse monsters and stuff. Plus traps in the arena I suppose kinda exist. Kinda. Not really. Traps to defend against people stealing the cars would be plausible. If you forget to disarm the traps. Either the car blows up or you get shot. Plus also maybe some automated turrets as basic security in some places, like in fallout. Also it’s a shame that the BOS is barely intergrated in. They just exist. I was expecting them to be on the map as a location maybe or something.
